Vibrant Vapours does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Due to the personal-use nature of body care and fragrance products and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final once an order is placed.
This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, usage information, and full ingredient lists prior to purchase. Vibrant Vapours is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please contact us before ordering if you have ingredient-related questions or concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vibrant Vapours must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the item and original packaging are required to review the claim. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
